If you were worried that we didn't have enough pain, despair, and agony, then you haven't heard that Lynn's dad had heart valve and bypass surgery today. He has had a rough 2 years trying to keep up his energy and his well known sense of humor. We are so happy that he is getting a chance to get back to doing the things he loves. He is in ICU at the Murray IHC hospital and will be there for 2 more days and after a few more days of hospital rest he should be able to come home on Sunday. The doctor was very pleased with the results of surgery. Russ can see visitors for 10 or 15 minute intervals but not between 6-8 am or pm. Lynn says right now Russ is covered with tubes, but it takes a lot to keep him tied down to the bed.

Grandpa reserved his "turn" LONG before I did! I tend to jump out of turn sometimes. ;)
